Not too bad given the junk calories I ate yesterday. What I didn't mention yesterday is that I ended up tossing the bag of popcorn (Popcornolpolis Zebra Mix) into the trash and dumping the vacuum contents on top of it because it was a definite trigger food for me. How I did it, I multiplied 23 x 180= 4,140 and decided that it was not worth it if I had no control. I'd rather spend my calories on ice cream, which we did! I say "we" because we split one small cup and ate it looking at the water and watching people. It was the right amount and much more special than a bag of sugared popcorn. I can't even remember why that was in the house, will stick with cheese flavored for fancy stuff from now on.

I think I'm going to cook another turkey today, buy some salmon pieces and finish off my bag of cauliflower rice this week. Weight is water and a little fat. Swimming again today.I got 800 strokes in yesterday and then scrubbed the pool and the cover for "winter" as it were. Thinking about notching pool temp up to 86 so I'm not dreading getting in when I do work late.

Some superficial stuff. Had a stranger take pics last night. They're horrible (lighting), but my legs are skinny, like skinny in a picture that's not of someone else. I'm stunned. Also, I guess I need to become a superficial twit and start practicing posing for random photos more often because clearly, I've forgotten how to pose in pictures taken by random people from a distance. Honestly, there's always going to be a degree of self-loathing of photos similar to hearing one's recorded voice, but I need to normalize it so that I'm not hiding in the corners. I either take really great or really awful pictures. There is no in between. I don't use filters or any of that stuff and I had no control over lighting. I know enough from photography classes that sometimes it takes 100 shots to get "that pic" but you can't demand that of strangers in a crowd.
