Walked last night instead of swimming during the day. I need to track muscle mass on walk days vs. swim days, just out of curiosity. I think that will require a download and graphs. Might be too much of a time suck now that it's getting to be nice outside again. Still doing squats when I brush my teeth.
Pulled the balance board out for some long telecons later today.
