I took last night off from exercising. Worked late, headache, it was windy. Went to bed early, didn't overeat or anything, just crashed. It happens. Broke my streak though which sucks.

Bump up this morning, nothing to worry about, it will likely go away by tomorrow. Part of why I wasn't feeling great last night, I suspect.

I have to find a new doctor this year (ugh). Mine quit, and he was the only reason I tolerated the drive and the office. Got a lovely postcard notifying me of the change, not that I expected a phone call or anything, but the office is now transforming into a group practice. BTDT. Not into it. I'll find something closer to where I live. I like consistency, not a new face every visit. Is that an unrealistic expectation these days?
