Been eating a lot of tilapia this week due to being busy and working late and it cooks up quick and tastes good. I need to up my veggies, been slacking there and I can tell from my lack of fiber at the end of the day, but making some of that up with my LC high fiber tortillas. I'd rather get it from fruits and veggies though. Tomorrow should be one last marathon for a couple of weeks. I have to be somewhere at 6:30AM. Not normally a huge deal, but was out until midnight last night and course I couldn't fall asleep once I got home. Head down, onward charge. Should also note for myself that the "other" activity is for cleaning in lieu of walking or swimming. Still managed to close all those rings each day.
