Another good swim last night, #28, 719 strokes, but different mix, average heart rate 130.

A little over on calories, but drinking lots of water again now that we have warm weather for a few days. Feels so good to not be cold. Magic scale says muscle and water, not fat. Will keep on pressing on and will keep drinking water. Almost to 30 swims, 60 feels like the next natural goal, might increase the night/weekend swims to 40 minutes, we'll see. Sometimes, just getting into the water is the biggest challenge.
