Swam and walked last night. Got caught in a surprise downpour more than a mile from the house. that was fun. on the way back down. Busy day today, enjoy yours, whatever it's like.
Edit for me: Swim #18 in the can. Did better, 753 strokes which is only 47 short of where I'd normally be. Haven't even turned the current down. Heart rate average 127. Managed to pull in my stomach some today, too, so that's an improvement as well. No water up my nose either which is important because snorting out water and coughing still really hurts right now. 🤪
