Better. Will do another couple of light days and more pathetic looking swims. Carefully, of course. Accidentally swam 7 extra minutes last night, friend texted me, I stopped and paused the clock and when I restarted it started from scratch. 845 strokes, 130 average heart rate (mostly in lower zone, but I'm just trying to keep moving). Did not walk. Didn't do the dishwasher either, but I went ahead and ran it to make sure things are clean. Will do that today, I have a strategy to get it done.

We get the Thunderbird flyover today. Skies are super clear, looking forward to it. Going up on the roof to watch. Flat roof, no danger.
