Got trapped away from home all day yesterday, no salads, no fruit, no veggies. No swim, no walk, but 8K steps in an enclosed area cleaning and what not. I need to see if I can go back and log numbers, if I can't will enter them at the bottom here. Today will be about the same except I'll make sure I have good food to eat. Only noteworthy thing from yesterday is rib is pretty much healed. I can scrub sinks and tubs again. That's a good thing, was not happy just spraying them down with cleaner and no pressure. Not ready for push-up and still can't pull large weeds. Random info, but good for progress.
