Good day, did the hour swim, heart rate is lower than normal because I turned the current down to be able to do the distance. 1623 strokes, heart rate mid 130's. Perfect. Only stopped for two bees that needed saving. Walked dogs after, slept so hard. Life is good. Last hour swim was September 1, with 816 strokes, so I have doubled that even doing slower. I can't track the current speed itself, so that's my only measure. Different tools, but heart rate on that one was in the 140's. Muscle mass and blob holding. Back to a normal swim and walk today.

Thanks guys! It was more of a project than i expected, but that just means i need to repeat it more often than nine months although i thought I’d done one more recently. Couldn’t find the record of it. I might try to do one in a couple weeks since it’ll be our real summer then.
