I finally swam. It was mostly good although my left arm was a little weaker than the right from playing with the kettle bell the day before. If I'd been in open water, pretty sure I would have been swimming in circles. 829 strokes, 10.4METs, average heart rate in low 140s (working!). I can't believe July is almost over, such a weird year. Keep pressing forward. All you can do.

Gonna have to improvise today, out of chicken, out of tilapia, but I'm seeing new parts of the freezer again, so who knows what we'll have for lunch today?
