Interesting. I don't think bone mass actually went up, but muscle holding. 9/17 swims in August to date. Need 11 more for 20 in August.
Good swim last night, new fins, worked on long pulls, so fewer strokes but still 809 with 10.5 METs which means I was working, heart rate right at 140, all in cardio zone. Bands after but forgot to turn on watch somehow. No biggie, remembered to do it for swim.
