Fat mass down, muscle mass up (yay!), I'm sure I need to drink a lot more water today based on how much I'm sweating just sitting here. It's hot again, plain and simple. Going to swim early, work the list, pizza again tonight with BF who has been whining since I shared Friday's picture with him.

Swam last night, decent, did three sets of 500 until the timer ran out. 809 strokes, 9.8METs, average heart rate right at 141. All good. A few bands after, but not a full set, I was tired after washing and brushing out all three dogs which was its own workout. All four of us survived, but there is fur everywhere. And we bathed outside, I say "we" because you cannot wash three large dogs without taking a bath yourself. Just not possible. I went to bed at 10, that happens never.

Actually, might go jump in the pool now and just knock it out so I don't have to stop later.
