If they weren't personal, these changing numbers would be much more fascinating, at least it's going down. I am trying to remain impartial and analytical about all this. No walk, no swim last night, more gentle stretching and did some leg stuff that doesn't involve twisting my torso too much.
My desk is the devil; I do fine the first few hours of the day, but after awhile it just makes me hurt. I feel bloated, but I fit in my clothes, so it's in my mind to some extent. I'm alternating the goody's with ibuprofen because I don't generally take much of anything and I don't want to overtax my liver or my kidneys. Muscle is down, fat mass is growing, you've seen most of what I eat, it's all rather benign. I figure the best thing to do is stay the course and keep little movements going. It does feel better with the exception of the ache at the end of the workday which just sucks. Going to plan on walking dogs tonight. They deserve more than they're getting out of me at the moment and it's good for all of us. I haven't done a massage in ages, and I don't know how it works right now. Might reach out to a friend and see what she thinks about the idea. Onwards. Slowly, but onwards.
