No swim, no walk, no energy at night right now. the obvious fix for that is to get the movement in earlier in the day before the aching starts and removes my motivation. Almost through the hell month and things should pick up. I did manage to pick up some branches and stuff around the yard last night, so it's not like I just sat there in a chair drooling on myself, but it's not where I want to be.

Holding on weight. Slept pretty okay last night with towel wrapped around me again. I feel like I'm wearing a sumo wrestler outfit, but hey, it does what I need it to do. No spasms, but I did wake up a few times for whatever reason. Should check security cams to see if it was noises or something. I did fall back asleep which is why I said pretty okay.
