Grumble, too much milk in my coffee, tastes like a cafe au lait, not into it. The next one will be better. and yes, I know that's not punctuated correctly. keyboard issue. Went for a hiking walk with friends yesterday at Balboa Park, first time deep in the canyons since March, I think. Wow. What a mess. Urban campground. We had three big shepherds, two Malinois and it was still rather interesting, won't be going by myself any time soon, at least not in the canyons. The park itself is okay for the most part. There is a lot of construction going on though, that's good. I am so slow. Dogs noticed, I noticed, friends noticed. Annoyed. Not hurting this morning from it, but I feel it. I don't know if that's good or not. I am going to walk this weekend, might do a little trail walking in the neighborhood if there are enough people out to feel safe. So, it's getting better, but it's so slow.

The good, nice to get out and pretend things are normal. The bad. They're not normal. Not even close. Recovery wise, I am going to start pushing myself a little harder now. Over it. All that and I have another flat tire to deal with this morning. All that construction, most likely. So annoyed. Thankfully, I have a compressor and run flats so I can make do until I get to the shop. Not going to pop another rib on top of this.

Onward because I haven't invented time travel and it's the only option. Happy Friday. I did make Anabolic French Toast last night and it was delicious but not pretty.
