Week almost over, insanity is not going away. I guess that's a good thing since we're still busy with no signs of stopping? On the other hand, I've got to get my personal life under control if this is the way it's going to be. No swim, no walk but cleaned up the chaos in the kitchen and other rooms to music and scared the dogs. Don't move erratically around herding dogs, it freaks them out. It is fun to watch them.

Numbers are a little weird but similar two days in a row. structured pants and shorts fit, I'm not bloated which is interesting because when I first hurt my back, my clothing, even my normal underwear was uncomfortable, I had assumed from inflammation and sensitivity, but maybe I was swollen at that point. Mostly normal although doing certain things still irritates it and then it bothers me the rest of the day or longer.
