Another long walk after a long day yesterday. Think we're getting things together with the replacement laptop and the new one will be here the second week of January which isn't too bad. I was trying to figure out when things got so hard, and it's when I quit taking breaks during the day to walk with a friend around our work campus. Those days are long gone and the leadership has changed, so life goes on. It takes too long to walk the three dogs anywhere meaningful during the day so probably not going to change that up either.

Blob down, muscle up, got some plant matter into me yesterday and actually feel more energetic today.
