Long walk last night, went earlier so it was much safer feeling. A lot more people out and about at 6 compared to 7 or 8. Treadmill is up and out in the middle of the room for when I can't make it. I hate the treadmill, so much motivation to walk outside whenever possible.

just do it, freetime. I just walked in the door from a vet appointment to see this. I was concerned that my oldest girl, who is 13 years old, needed less exercise than the others. vet said no, as long as she's willing, to take her everywhere that the other dogs go. the key to a long life is to keep moving. I'm applying that to myself as well. must keep moving or you'll lose the option.

I hate a treadmill too, but I'd not mind a replacement for walking in the rain sometimes! I'm glad you are keeping your older pup moving! 😁
