So glad I skipped the walk last night, we had an actual winter storm and it was awesome except where I had to go out and clear an overflowing gutter but that didn't take too long. always in the same place, always the same thing. I should have done it during the day.

calories were over slightly from the previous night snacking. In exciting news, I did use the simply fit twisty balance board thing and had no back issues with it so that gentle stretching has been paying off. way more excited about that than I should be, but I am. don't hurt your back, it sucks and takes forever to heal.

I probably weigh a little less than this, but was in a bit of a rush this morning after taking a quick look around outside this morning. Still need to check out the basement, that's always fun after a deluge. may have my activities set for the afternoon and not even know it yet. Muscle mass is holding, fat mass is deliriously larger and happier from last week. I look forward to denying it any further growth and will beat it back into submission. pants still fit. Skies are totally clear this morning, so hoping I can get in a swim before it gets cold or the next storm arrives. It's going to be an interesting year. They keep telling us what the weather is going to be this winter, but it keeps changing. We'll see. I'm so close to hitting that monthly challenge and I want it. Swimming is the quickest way for me to get there.

That’s the Apple Watch activity app. Each challenge is different by individual. I love it.

it does. to the point of being annoying at times. like the bell I just got saying I usually move more by now than I am today for whatever reason. with respect to the overall goal, it did a giant reset after my almost four months of being very inactive due to hurting my back. I think my daily burn goal used to be 670, I've been sitting at 630 for awhile. I'll probably turn it back up once the days are longer and things get more normal outside. still not comfortable walking outside late at night.
