Rolled out of bed, into clothes and onto a phone call. Should any special events warrant another weigh in, I'll capture it, but otherwise tomorrow is fine. Super good burn on calories yesterday, but I also ate a heavy dinner because I was HUNGRY in all caps. I don't know if it's the cold, but dang, there is some primal food stuff going on when I work out harder.

I got in three workouts yesterday. A solid swim, not as good as the day before, but still more strokes than my previous sessions, so we'll notch that current up in a couple of weeks. Not doing it right now because it's hard enough to get motivated for a winter swim, don't want to dread it. Previous average strokes had been holding at about 820, yesterday, after Saturday's PR was 848, which is great. I did have some issues with taking on water, so there was some fighting with the current and average heart rate went up to 145, which is still darn good. You can totally see it on my stats, too. I fought through it and didn't stand up to fix my snorkel. 10.7METs, so I was working. 9 minutes in fat burn, 16 in cardio. I need to teach myself to relax better after that kinda stuff although I did blow most of the water out. And if you have no idea what I'm rambling on about, don't worry.

Took puppies for a long walk after, forgot my phone on the bed, my stupid watch was on fumes when I noticed, but we did 3.7 or so miles and at a healthy clip because I didn't want to miss any calls from BF. Got that average heart rate up to 122 which is good for sidewalk type walking. And he's still in hospital this morning. This whole thing is just crazy. That said, having been completely powerless to pick my dad up when he fell at my house, I'm glad BF is in a safe environment while the balance is still off.

It's interesting that the muscle is holding low, because I'm feeling pretty strong lately. Freaking blob is annoying me. Going to keep doing what I'm doing as long as the pants still fit.

Edit: And I forgot to change the weight. Oh well, not gonna. It's fine.

LOL, LambiePi, no way. They need to have weekend vs. weekday goals instead. Only so many hours in a day. 🤣🤣🤣

Exercise is great but it DOES increase hunger to compensate

They really should have a way to set different goals 😉 On the weekend I really have a hard time meeting them 😆
