Going to be another grind week. Thought it was just yesterday, nope.

Treadmill workout late last night, probably going to be the same today or else I'll choose a strength workout to mix things up. I'm still really enjoying these. Huge difference between streaming and a recorded version. Definitely keeping my heart rate up higher than when I just do an incline workout.

Would be wonderful to swim, but I don't know if I can make that happen today. Might do it anyways as some people are annoying me and there is no underwater phone budget. Seem to be settling in to cardio during the week, swim and strength more F-S-S. I do need to break out my ankle strengthening exercises and start doing them again so this doesn't become a recurring theme.

Numbers below are still trending the way I want them to. Holding the muscle, that's the most important piece. Keeping the protein up is so hard, but getting it done. Ironically, those chicken sausages are a weak point in this plan, they have relatively calories, but more fat and not as much protein, so will look at 1.5 when I use them in my meals.

Time to go head down on getting stuff out the door. Onwards!
