good enough given the day yesterday. walked fairly late, which I need to be more careful about, but I needed it as much as the dogs. we got rained on a little, but just finished what we started. ended up being a medium walk. I was 80 steps short of my 10,000, so not bad considering I was chained to the desk all day. today is looking the same. dreaming of taking Friday off, we'll see.
I've made two reminders during the day to get up and spend 5 minutes on the treadmill. planning ahead. I need to do better on water today, it's cold and rainy and I always drink less when it's this way. we had some great clouds yesterday and an awesome storm last night. not sure if this is the last day of it or not but I've enjoyed the change.
numbers below are fine, I have some plans for a shake up coming. I have found a YouTube channel with new workouts for the pool, and while I was on the right track, these are from an olympic swimmer, so I'm going to use them to try and get myself up to the next level sooner than later. one of the most intriguing is called, "swim until you can't" which is something I recall, but haven't done since the first couple of days with the pool and that was ineloquently called "being way too out of shape for the pool," I believe. 😝it's basically swim to the point of failure. fun!
