Tried to squeeze in a swim before thunderstorms that never arrived last night. HORRIBLE swim. I forgot to turn down the current from my progressive swim on Sunday. Figured I'd fight through it and do the opposite. Mistake. Got through the first 500 strokes and then was super tired, didn't warm up correctly, goggles leaked, cap got ripped off mid swim, whole thing was just a major fail. Results were reflective of the interruptions. 625 strokes, 8.1METs, many curse words and just a frustrating experience. My current speed is completely off now, so will need to figure that out before I start the next swim. We'll just move forward and know the next one will be better.

Moving on. Cake for dinner, slight drop, muscle mass stayed flat, blob notched up and today is a bear at work. Happy Friday, life goes on.
