Late start, all good, treadmill last night after working until 8:30. Good times, good times. Sunny today, will try and break away to swim in daylight. That said, off to a busy start already. The twice baked spaghetti squash casserole is planned for dinner, not lunch, but I'm obsessing already. Used ground turkey again, so pretty low in calories over all. And it's delicious. Mmmm... yeah, obsessing.
