Still alive this morning and up to about a 6/10 on feeling normal. Did push through last night and take an almost 2 mile amble through the hood with the dogs. Wasn't as fun as normal, but it does always make me feel better. Still crazy at work, will get through it. Supposed to be mid-80's today, going to try and get a swim in there, we'll see. Not going to be stupid about it.
Blob pretty much holding, I need to drink more water today and we'll see where things normalize in a couple of days. Interesting because I pretty much only drank water yesterday and ate a couple of tortillas.
