Fantastic swim yesterday, new PR. I always seem to have a real crap swim before I knock out a great one. Good weekend, BF did come back for me after about an hour, so we drove the coast loop which always just makes me so thankful to live here.

905 strokes, up almost 40 from my current normal, 20 from previous PR. 10.7 METs, average heart rate 145 so I wasn't even dying. It was just good all the way around. Also burned a couple more calories than usual according to the watch. Did a walk later. Washed all three dogs earlier in the day. Think we've found most of the skunk stink on the big guy. Thank goodness. That chapter needs to be over. You can tell he feels better without all the stink on him. I also know he'd totally do it again given the opportunity.

Numbers: blob up, muscle kinda meh, not sure what's up with that, but whatever. Will just keep moving.

Another busy week, keeping it short here. Enjoy the day. Onwards!
