Well, that was a fun weekend.

Swam and walked last night. 828 strokes (my count, watch screwed up) 10.7 METs, average heart rate 145. 15 minutes in cardio, not much in peak. 10 in warm up, remainder scattered. 2.5 miles walking after. Arms are sore this morning, which is unusual. Something must have been off in my stroke because my left elbow is a little tweaked as well. Life goes on.

Taco weight this morning, if it changes, I may log it, may not. Not really worried. Happy Monday, onwards. Blob got fed and is sitting happily. Edit for screwed up entry.
