This is a garbage read from the scale. Not sure why, but there is no huge gain in fat, loss in bone or muscle since yesterday, especially since I swam yesterday. I'm logging for discipline, nothing else. The reason I log into FS is that the linear visual is what keeps me on track, the rest is info. One day, I'll buy something better, but this will do in the meantime.
Swim was only okay due to technical difficulties. Goggles leaked from the start, my cap floated off at one point and I was just in a mood because physically it was good. We'll do it again today. This morning I'm wearing some bicycle shorts that are loose. That's a weird feeling but good. Need to decide if it's worth taking them in or not. I have an overlock machine, so it's possible. I need motivation to do it. Or just wear them baggy.
