Rough start this morning, woke up ten minutes after I'm usually at my desk. Don't know what happened there. I have multiple alarms, I may have turned them off. Guess I'm glad I got the extra sleep, it'll be down tomorrow. Did get in a 30 minute treadmill session. Interval sprints. I don't know why I like those. Puppy class was okay. I need to deal with a guy who keeps interrupting but doesn't want to teach. We'll have a chat before class next week unless I'm lucky enough that he doesn't show up. I am going to start walking with the group now that it's smaller, but if people annoy me, I'm out. I may be cranky this morning.
Trying very hard to keep some inside thoughts in my head this morning. Going stop here and in real life before I say something I can't unsay. I will be nicer once I get more caffeine and more space between me and other people. Don't rush a sleeping bear.
