Decent walk, 3.31 miles, blob notching down, muscle holding on, I can already tell this is going to be a busy day. Just going to keep walking and swim when I can.
My VO2 is down from 28 when I'm totally healthy to 26.4 right now and has been for the last two weeks. Just noting it for the record. I feel like we're going just as fast as normal, obviously that's not entirely true. Will push harder. How accurate is it? Doesn't matter. Just another tool. I was around 28 consistently before, now, I'm not. Need to push it back up.
