Network issues this morning. One of the things I truly loathe about working from home. I can fix it, but I have to put myself into a different mindset from my regular job and it's distracting to say the least. Anyways, I have a temporary fix at the moment for the work machine and I'm using a hotspot for this and away we go.
Treadmill workout last night as well as a very active puppy class with running around more than usual. all good stuff. Treadmill class included big hills, 30 second sprints and 1 minute runs on the flats.
I think I'm going to eat less for a couple days and see where it takes us. I have some social stuff coming up this weekend so will need to plan for that, but if I walk the dogs, get the cardio and lift things at least as heavy as my butt, we should be on a correction course. so annoying that I held it for so long and then blimped. there is, of course, stuff going on in life, but working on that as best as I can keeping in mind that you cannot control other people, nor do you want to be in control of other people. at least I don't, too tedious.
