Can't say I am not disappointed I have been 100% diet and exercise.

I am doing 3 weight sessions and 2 swims. Usually I do 2 weights and 3 swims so I suppose that might make a difference.. Still fuming thought 😤 😒 😁

Oh Anne, gutted for you. So frustrating when that happens. Especially when there’s no obvious reason. I’ve managed two 14/9 days thanks to you - I kept asking myself ‘what would Anne do?’

Well that has cheered me up no end! Great stuff. It is frustrating espcially because I did a couple of test weighs during the week and I was down. Anyway I had planned to keep going until the end of Jan so that's what Anne will do in this scenario ❤😁💪

My dear Anne sometimes our body is stubborn has a mind of its own goes on strike mode so ur the expert but found adding more carbs stopping exercise for a day or two may trick the body & re boot the burning just my humble opinion of course xx

Nads, I am going to have a big plate of Scottish Stovies tonight. Sick of the sight of fish and veg!! Today I am off exercise anyway and tomorrow is a swim. That should blow the cobwebs away!!

Yes, I was buying my vegetarian haggis, neeps and tatties today and spotted the stovies............I am having them with the traditional beetroot and will have brussel sprouts if calories allow. Defo no oatcakes or whisky though!!

Sounds perfect. Enjoy. I love veggie haggis. I think the mcintosh one is the best. I swear they were under a different name years ago. I really fancy some Cullen skink - but can’t find the Baxter’s version anywhere near me.

Make your own Cullen skink, Suma. It's quite easy! Yes, I am having Mcintosh. Mainly because of portion control and calorie count already done for you😁👍

dont worry... like you said you been exercising and your diet on point.. might be muscle you put on.. which is good more muscles burns more fat.... keep going the road is long .. you will reach your dreams ...
