Finally had a good swim yesterday! Not a PR, but a solid one and that's the best I can ask for in the insanity that's my life these days. 14 minutes in peak, 14 in warm up. funny mix. 10.6METs, average heart rate 151 and 824 strokes. stopped twice to adjust new cap, that will figure itself out in time.

Lunch with BF, he's working too much as well. It's funny how we track the same at times. annoying, but it is what it is. I should also apologize for my prolonged absence, it's just crazy busy lately.

No formal walk last night, took Hogan to lunch with us, left the girls at the house. He's a totally different dog when he's alone. He "found" a child at the restaurant which kept him occupied. So funny how a creature with such big teeth could love tiny humans so much. Not quite as much as cheese, but pretty close.
