Well I have to confess, I am 2 weeks behind with weight chart. 😳I forgot to enter one, then I was away and next weigh in is this weekend. That will be the bad boy💀☠️👹

Anyway, cardio week off to a great start👍one down, 4 to go. Looking forward to pushing it.

I don’t think this coming one will be all bad, if you have 4 more cardio sessions 🤞🏻 Pacing myself yes 🤣 as I can’t really do much for another 3 weeks, I have that plastic stent inside me (so no vigorous exercise) and have the operation on Thursday (then it takes a couple weeks to recover) But at the end of May, I’ll be back, and have given myself until the end of summer to get back the definition and Cardio capacity again, (not gonna put myself under any pressure) although I think my running days are behind me because of my knee, So will look into Cycling 🚴♂️.
