Day 17, didn't get heart rate up a ton, but walked at a decent clip and was able to get a legit VO2 of 27.3 just to track. Think I saw coyote pups in the canyon, no pics, too far away. short walk last night with both girls. 2.5 miles on the dot, guess we didn't wander at the park enough to get 2.7, but that's okay. Felt good to get out of the house and Hogan survived although he thew a fit for a good ten minutes.

muscle up slightly, blob down slightly, water holding. we are in full on May gray this week, I guess the upside to that is that I'm not sulking because it's pretty outside at the moment.

Spoke with vet tech last night, on a new journey with meds for Hogan this morning, he seems to be doing okay so far. Baby gate is a much better option than just the crate.
