Day 24, actually exercised last night. feel pretty normal today. woot! got heart up to 155, average rate was 131, 5.8 METs. 16 minutes in cardio/peak zones. obviously all the water weight from pizza night is gone (and then some). blob up, muscle way down, water way down. need to normalize things.

another early morning meeting, life goes on.
