Good enough. Burger, cake, a beer and salad. I'll tally up the rest later. It's a Monday in nature if not by name.

blob down, muscle up, water low. moved my butt all day long. oh, and I did my rowing early on in the day to get it in there. pool never happened because I never sat down until guests arrived.

I'm dragging this morning, not hungover, but I have a headache. might be allergic to work. puppy class tonight.

having a tiny slice of what's effectively a delicious dump cake this morning. weighed it in grams. yikes! and that's why it all counts. lol

That’s okay, I had apple cobbler and coconut cream pie (measured both) for breakfast with coffee🤷🏼‍♀️.
