Becky...my pain level is down, my mobility is better, but despite what these stats say...I don't see much muscle tone. More like emaciated 😸

Oh, CrystalJo, don't worry, you are achieving many positives. 💖 Improved muscle tone is so hard to obtain, but not impossible. The only time I had good muscle tone, as an adult, was when I had my babies and was carrying them or running after them ALL DAY LONG. 😆
