Twenty minute row before puppy class, was a hot one, but did it anyways. I liked that interval set because it got straight to the point. May combine two at a time or something to get my rings closed. 6.7 METs, average heart rate 137, 11 min in cardio and 4 in peak.

going ahead with the MRI for Hogan. need a definitive answer on what's going on. he's in good spirits though. prayers.

work is a pressure cooker. more family coming into town in a couple of weeks. may have to to the avoidance dance because I'm not sure who is and isn't talking to whom. found out a long time ago it's safer to listen than to talk. when you love the people but not the drama.
