Try choosing a project you'll want to do that targets certain muscles. Like 'wax on wax off' only make it a fun project. I'm thinking about 'paint the fence'. My wall could use an update!

I felt the same for a while too.So I switched up my training to resistance bands and started to see my arms were getting more tone muscle. strange how the body works.

I'm the same way! I'm trying to do "Strength Training Tuesday " now to remind myself to do something...anything, really. Even if I just do a few push-ups, it's more than I've been doing
