Time to refocus myself on more veggies. Though I'm managing to stay within my calorie budget, I've been making 'lazy' choices (maybe cuz of the heat). In any case, I KNOW I can do better 🙄

I love your post Crystaljo74 and it's so true, but in your case your doing marvelous so just keep doing what you're doing.

Thanks for your encouragement sweet BB...I just feel like I'm eating too many things out of a package, even though they are relatively healthy foods.

I'll always vote for something out of a produce aisle. I have trouble eating enough veggies sometimes, too, particularly greens. I should be eating greens every day! A lot of veggies are actually remarkably high in protein for the number of calories, since I know protein is a priority for a lot of folks
