Walked 3.79 miles last night, the cold weather really helps. slept hard, again, that cold weather magic. Cried some more, but also realized that some animals tolerate chemo really well so we're going to think positive. Sadie is a strong girl and still walking miles and miles at 15. She's a tough little birdie - part of what I love so much. Got to cross off a bucket list item today. Sat in the cockpit of an A-10 and I got up there all by myself which was no small feat. This is my favorite plane from when I was a little kid, so it was extra magical that I was in the direct line of sight to where I said my last in person goodbye to my dad before he passed away. A really amazing but bittersweet day, but also a sign to me that things are going to work themselves out somehow. My job is to keep myself healthy, including my mental health, so I can take care of those around me.
