Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday…

Only 7.5 hours of sleep…but feel decent…already got first workout in…first 100 push-ups in..with more thru out the day…hit 540 yesterday….of course a cup of coffee with nestles chocolate mixed in might of helped…lol…after lunch I was cold..so ran water and a pod of coffee….added the chocolate mix…mmmm good….I warmed up…had my second wind…lol…

Sitting here with my cup of ☕️…lol…gonna be one of them days I can tell…be breaking more personal records….

I don’t usually drink coffee this early in the day..but…I’m starting to feel tired..

Had a piece of peanut butter cake yesterday…actually only 2 small bites of it…got a instant headache…guessing the icing had sugar in it…I tend to pass on the ice cream because of that…usually the cakes have heavy cream topping…much better…

Well…555am…time to rock…lol….

Have a fantastic positive day….

Good morning! Wow!! You are on my kinda kicks! Coffee and peanut butter! I have mixed hot chocolate in and that is very good! Glad you joined me! Lol ☕️☕️👍 I didn’t know you to drink coffee these days! It’s been so foggy here. I wanted to go for a small ice cream last night (peanut butter) but way too foggy! Will go Saturday when my sister is here. Geez! You rock them pushups! I’m pushing my coffee cup up! Lol I better sip up, lots to do. Friday will be here fast! Have a wonderful Wednesday!:)
