short walk last night, went a little further, started bugging me, turned around.

rolling off a project today that I've been on for more than four years. while it hasn't always been delightful, I've learned a lot and have regained some professional street cred out of it. on to new adventures. a little bittersweet because you tend to be the tightest with those folks you've been through the most with.

blob up, muscle down, not concerned. not bad for not getting the miles in. I need to see if I've gotten my 150 miles yet so I can buy a new toy. Yay! at 167 miles. decisions, decisions.
