this mornings air quality rating is in the purple again at a 250 or very unhealthy ughhh...Still making the trip back down to pre birthday weight. my 1 week projection still looks to be on track to get there

We must be doing alright raising the kids my son looked outside this morning saw the smoke and went and got a mask that the school nurse handed out yesterday. He tried giving it to me because I needed it more because I work outside.

the smell keeps changing anywhere from. kinda good like a Campfire to burning tires occasionally. it's actually less smokey today but the air quality ratings are drastically worse today then yesterday
