Yesterday ended up being a forced rest day due to work, heat and BF. In that order.

Blob down, muscle holding nicely, water is up there, but i drank a ton yesterday to keep cool. Going to be another intense day at work, but I’m going to keep doing what I’m doing for now. Huge midday salads are key.
