Pizza pizza. Will drink lots of water today so this is gone tomorrow. Walked to the pizza place, but twisted my ankle on the way there enough that i accepted a ride home. It’s not swollen, but a little wonky, so we’ll see. I really want to do Walkabout tomorrow night so will be careful today. Lots to do today, enjoy the day.

It got a little complicated last night, so no pics. I do have spaghetti leftovers that were ordered accidentally, so maybe I’ll take pics of that later instead.

Maybe put some ice on it for a while this eve and wrap it to walk tomorrow. Remember, RICE, rest, ice, compression, elevation.

I ended up pulling out my medical boot so i could immobilize it for a day or two. If i need to run around with the boot all day tomorrow, i will.
