No loss again for me seemed to have really slowed down . At least not gaining need to look at calories as it’s been a few weeks now . hubby happy as he has reached target weight 11st pleased for him . He has done so well as he has a huge appetite and a very sweet tooth proud wife today 😁❤️ have a lovely weekend everyone sunny but def dropped a few degrees here in South Wales 🏴. Lovely day for a long walk with the dog before Wales game then Strictly happy days ❤️
