Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday….

Was listening to podcast yesterday on mind pump…they had gaberial lions….on talking about protein ..older you get…like everything…not enough…was looking for link..but haven’t found it..I listen to a lot of podcasts in a day…can’t see to read..so…walk and learn…

Right knee much better…to many workouts on the stairs the other day…to much pushing the body to get more from it…sometimes I forget my age…lol…most of the staff in here are surprised at how many miles I get some days….just a workout for me…

Another move the body day…every day is the same…move the body…keep it guessing…but move it…body seems to like the 250s ..or more…

First ☕️ is gone…time to move more…
