Fluctuations. Blob is going down, muscle up, water up. Trying to recall if i ate an inordinate amount of salt yesterday, but don’t recall anything specific. Walked twice yesterday in order to get more movement into my day. Helps the brain to get up and move. Work is still a circus, don’t think that’s going to change anytime soon.

Summer has finally come out on her own and is interacting with the other dogs. I am still randomly safe or terrifying. Wish I knew what happened so I could help her work it out, but we’re getting there.

Was with some people the other day who swore they weren’t sick even though they were coughing. Well, they are liars. I am now stuffed up and have the same cough and i am not one of those people who embrace being sick. Hoping i can fight it off with zinc and my usual routine. So annoying.

I think it’s just a cold, but I’m not interested in it. Too much to do in my life to get sick.
